Blue Sky Building was appointed by Great Portland Estates in September 2012 to undertake a review of potential logistics solutions which will be implemented during the construction of the Hanover Square Estate.
The proposed Estate consists of 12 properties bounded by New Bond Street, Brook Street, Tenterden Street and Hanover Square. The current development proposals allow for an office to be built over the proposed Crossrail station at 18/19 Hanover Square, a retail and office block on New Bond Street and private residential accommodation on the corner of New Bond Street and Brook Street.
