Blue Sky Building were engaged to manage the design team through RIBA stages 2 and 3, provide construction advice to the client and the design team, manage the PCSA appointment process for key trades and develop and manage the Pre-construction and Construction programmes.

Scope of Services

Management of Consultant Team on client’s behalf during RIBA 2 and RIBA 3.

Provide “constructability” advice to the design team during the RIBA stages to ensure project buildability was maintained.

Establish, monitor and maintain an integrated pre-construction and construction programme.

Production of Construction Management Plan for Planning Application.

Provision of 4D modelling services to articulate the programme visually, using a variety of 3D and 4D software applications.
