Initially, Blue Sky Building was commissioned by Stanhope in 2012 to carry out an overall phasing strategy to inform funding decisions, on the £1.2bn development, comprising 950 homes 500,000m2 office and retail space. This then developed in to a comprehensive scope of services that were delivered over the next two and a half years.
