Wembley Park Regeneration

Blue Sky Building was appointed by Quintain in 2015 to facilitate an accelerated delivery programme for their development scheme at Wembley Park. This followed another commission in early 2016 to produce a residential unit KPI nomenclature for the scheme.

Establish base-line resource requirements to determine scale of risk in delivering 12 year programme in 6 years.

Develop delivery strategy to meet accelerated programme, including component led delivery, centralised utilities and logistics strategy.

Provide market advice on component led delivery.

Procure centralised logistics contractor.

Support client in establishing Key Performance Indicators for various plot contractors.
